Problems with payments and order shipments?

Have you purchased a product and don't you know when it'll be shipped?

The correct receipt of your order is confirmed by Digimax by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. Check that you have received the email, even in your spam folder!

What are the payments accepted by Digimax?

The payment methods on the Digimax website are: Paypal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer in advance.

If you paid by bank transfer the shipping time is longer because we have to wait to receive the payment and usually take a couple of working days.

Has it been 2-3 days since the payment by bank transfer and still the goods have not been shipped?

In this case, probably for some reason we still do not see the payment. If you have a bank transfer slip with a CRO number, please send an email to the address: amministrazione@digimax.it to unlock the evasion and speed up the delivery time of your industrial power supply, Embedded PC or LED Dimmer.

For delivery, Digimax will use the express courier GLS, which delivers in Italy in 2-3 working days.

In the case of orders for goods not in stock, a single shipment will be made as soon as all the material is available.
